Moderators, I hope this thread stays put! (I posted precisely this story and it got deleted for being in the wrong forum... there's a fine line between keeping things tidy and becoming a nuisance.)

Anyway, a great inside story by a reporter dedicated to bringing the daily struggle of our troops to life. Goes to show these machines actually serve other causes than providing fodder for a.net discussions! =P
