Unfortuantly only in Romanian but all it's stating is that Taroms A313 YR-LCB has replaced the old 707 which has been in use for over 20 years and that as you can see in the picture they've replaced Tarom with Romania.
Interesting upgrade. I don't know much about what kind of condition Tarom's A313's are but should serve the president and presidents to come for quite sometime.

Interesting that you mention that because I've seen on flightstats.com that a Romavia Bae-146 was scheduled to land at OTP and this was a week or so ago. Maybe being operated under someone else?

What is going to happen to the B-707? I hope Romainia plans on preserving her. There are not many flyable B-707s left in the world, maybe about 100, or so..

Quoting klm77 (Reply 4): If I were to take a huge guess, I assume it would stay preserved at BBU like many other 707's that have been kept there.
Thanks, I didn't know any B-707s are stored/preserved at BBU.

Great, much better than hauling cargo or ending up as scrap. I've always liked the A310. I wonder if they had refurbished the cabin into a VVIP configuration, or added auxiliary fuel tanks.
