What goes on at Beale AFB that requires constant Temporary Flight Restriction updates and changes?

I check for TFRs a few times per week as part of pre-flight planning and always see new TFRs at Beale, sometimes a different one for each day many days in a row. Often times more than one TFR in the same day.

No one else has this day-to-day TFR change or they have a more "permanent" TFR in place.

What happens at Beale that's so sensitive?

The host unit at Beale is the 9th Recon Wing which in addition to other duties has a goodly supply of UAV's and U-2's. I'd imagine that due to their operations/training is why airspace restrictions are needed. I also have seen the multiple TFR's issued and have wondered why there is not some kind of 'permanent' restriction issued... Your guess is as good as mine as to why this is.... perhaps it's related to the training schedule and it's unpredictability?

I think you probably hit the nail squarely on the head with that comment.
