I don't know about this event but in 1992 Huricane Andrew destroyed some F-16s at Homestead Airforce base in South Florida.

There was a tornado in the midwest during the early 1990s that destroyed some hangers and maybe planes at McConnell (spelling?) AFB.

The Andersonville (I think.. used to date a girl from that town) tornado down in Wichita (the one that hit McConnell) Just barely missed a line up of B-1Bs. I don't think any aircraft were damaged in that one.
