Hello all,
Received confirmation from FAA stating that the NASA 747-100 with Space Shuttle will arrive on Thursday, September 20th, 2012 around noon time on LAX's Runway '25R'. I prefer it to land on Runway '24R' but it's going to land and taxi straight to it's parking on UA's high bay.
My question is since Airport Police will be very strict throughout the day... where is a good place to spot? You can forget about airport grounds. They are bringing in K-rails to stop public from entering.

Thanks for the update. I am also Glad they are planing on 25R, closer to where I work. I was trying to figure a good place thinking it was landing on 25L, and I didn't want to park my truck on another carriers ramp area.
