Norwegian Hercules Crash In Sweden Report

According to media in Sweden today the Norwegian Hercules that crashed on a mountain on the 15 of mars 2012 did not receive any terrain warning from the system onboard due to it was setup for landing which was just a few minutes away.

The report have not yet been officially published and the investigation is

It will be available at http://www.havkom.se/ once released. If I remember it correctly,
the full report is expected to be finished/released early next year.

If this is the case, who's fault is it ? The system, the crew or a combination ?

But should'nt the system come with an indication of terrain, despite the fact that it's put on landing configuration ?

Just asking. Don't know how these things work ...

A a new Norwegian article about the crash.
According to the article the cause of the crash is known and it says that it was not a technical error.
