C-32Bs (used civil 757-200ERs), operated by the US Foreign Emergency Support Team. Operated by the 486th flight test wing on behalf of other US agencies, including the CIA.

They are also used as the SecState airplane.

The C-32Bs are air refuelable and have RR engines, the C-32As are not air refuelable and have P&W engines. The C-32As were bought as new builds from Boeing and the C-32Bs were bought as used former airliners.

The two C-32Bs (B-757-23A) were bought from Ansett Worldwide Aviation Services in the late 1990s.
