The C-32Bs are air refuelable and have RR engines, the C-32As are not air refuelable and have P&W engines. The C-32As were bought as new builds from Boeing and the C-32Bs were bought as used former airliners.
The two C-32Bs (B-757-23A) were bought from Ansett Worldwide Aviation Services in the late 1990s.
