$8 Million ( =15Million Turkish Lira) x 3 locations or total?
And what about the Dutch saying 40Milliion Euro, something doesn't add up.

If I read this correctly the Turks sas the annual cost to them are 15 million, perhaps for housing and feeding the Dutch and German personnel and things like that, while the actual deployment is paid by the Dutch and Germans themselves and is said to cost 40 million a year to the Dutch.
