According to the Navy Times this morning, four Carrier Air Wings are to be grounded to due to sequestration. The Navy expects these moves, and others (cancelling deployments, e.g.) to save $10 billion.
To be grounded are:
CAW 2, Ronald Reagan Carrier Strike Group
CAW 7, Dwight D. Eisenhower CSG
CAW 9, John C. Stennis CSG
CAW 17, Carl R. Vinson CSG
Additionally, two CAWs will be reduced to bare-minimum tactical readiness.

I am guessing that this will significantly reduce practice time for the two CAWs being reduced to minimum tactical readiness. The CAWs that are grounded are in deep trouble. The article, I think, states that to get the CAWs to full readiness will take a year.
