Aviation Mapping Software For Military Planning?

Is anyone familiar with what type of software or name of this mapping tool used in military aviation planning missions?

It looks similar to FalconView but I guess it does more.

You can google GCCS-J (from the title of the video and from first few seconds of the video.)

From there you get the name of the software and a phone number you can call.

But that's not a flight planning tool. It's a track database manager which fuses the red, blue and white track databases from participating and reporting units. You filter and can select what you're looking for.
