I was down in Niagara Falls yesterday and happened to accidentally go the wrong way on Niagara Falls Blvd. Just my luck I heard a loud plane and looked over to see an AWACS 707 taxiing. Being the aviation enthusiast I am I pulled into the FBO area and joined the small group of people watching it. Does anyone know why this plane was at the airport? Someone mentioned it was based at Tinker AFB in Oklahoma. It was quite interesting to see this (to a Canadian) rare plane take off.
