Usaf C-5 Galaxy Spotted In Beirut

A friend of mine in Beirut last Tuesday at around 3PM spotted a USAF C-5 Galaxy parked infront of the military hangers in Beirut International Airport. It stayed for 2 hours, then took off.

Anyone have any idea what it was doing there?
