Their were several F-16'S doing touch and goes in Tucson last Thursday and Friday. They appeared to be like F-16I with the conformal dorsal tank modification. They did not look like IAF camouflage , much darker. I have not seen that type of F16 flying around here that I can remember. Just curious about them if anyone knows.

Singapore indeed has similar airframes in their upgraded Block 52's, Greece is also in the process of taking delivery of some 52+s, and the UAE's block 60s also feature the electronics spine (as well as CFTs). Since this was a Tucson however, it is most likely that they were Singaporean examples (spines but no CFTs and U.S.-style camo scheme).

Your correct these aircraft did not appear to have the CFT'S only the large dorsal spine.

Great pictures , thanks
The aircraft I saw were very dark grey , almost gunship grey. I was surprised by the tone of the scheme and thought it unusual for the F-16.
Thanks for the info ,

Yeah no problem, so it was the Singaporians? BTW, the 162nd at Tucson is 95% certain to get the contract to train UAE crews for their brand new block 60s. So look forward to seeing 15 or so F-16E/F based out of Tucson in the near future. I think the Thai already have a detachment there as well.
