The C-5 had the civil designation of L-500 if it would have gone into civil production.

Yes, its in my profile, L-300-50A The flight test C-141's were TCDS'ed, but none of the production models were. The Identaplates were not changed upon conversion to the B model. To my knowledge there was never any plans to make a civilian variant.
