Doesn't sound like the laser has been installed yet. However thought you all might be interested.

Yes it is installed and has been tested on the ground. Looks beautiful in an odd sortta way to see it fly.

Installed, as in on the aircraft and not a test rig? My understanding was that the recent firing was from the mockup fuselage.

Press release on the recent firing indicates it was from the test facility vs actual aircraft...
