I see Burt Rutan is proposing an entry for the CEV competition. I'm sure the Northrop-Grumman/Boeing and Lockheed teams are going to write him off. Anyone know much about the proposal?

Look at your user ID for a reason they cannot afford to write Rutan off. They surely realize this.
