Atlantic City, as far as I'm aware of, is only on August 31. I'll be seeing the team at Langley AFB, Andrews AFB, and Atlantic City. I personally know several of the officers on this year's team so it will be nice to see them around the circuit.

I noticed that the T-birds have scheduled KTIK for July 2 again this year. Last year they were scheduled for KTIK and were pulled for something else. If they show this year I will not be holding my breath.

I would help you but it is not in the contract

Looks like the T-birds might be around COS for a few days.. They should be here a day before Graduation to practice, and then they're over at Pete the 4th.. hopefully they'll fly some in between. Always a good show.

A little off topic but, Robins AFB is Warner Robins Ga. used to have a good airshow each fall, anyone know why they stopped airshows?

Go Blue Angels.

Much better shows in my humble opinion. Their schedule is not yet posted.

actually it is posted on their webpage, and has been for some time. I'd think a "true fan" would know that

Actually, if you go to the BLUES website www.blueangels.navy.mil you will see it still says "information is still being updated for 2005 season" I know the schedules seen so far are pretty accurate but on their website it is not posted as of yet. I'm a real fan and have not seen it on their site yet. Also does anyone know the T-birds new site it says they've moved on the old one and sends you to the AF new site but i can't seem to navigate the site to T-birds.

Joe

One more thing that wasn't the Blue Angels homepage. However it was the Navy news and obviously they have told them but haven't posted it on their site(where most get their info from). I can't wait till the "birds hit Smyrna and the Blues in Choo Choo.

It's the Navy's official news page, headed from the "Blue Angels" public affairs office, that is a fairly reliable source  Big grin
I was just in the Blue's building at Nellis and they were still handing out old info with the old links on them.

Actually a real fan clicked on "Bookmarks" and then Clicked on "Aviation" and then "Blue Angels" and saw "information still being updated." So I figured if the Blue Angels didn't have their schedule yet why should I go to a second hand source.

Thanks for trying though....

Jeremy

Good luck going to see them, the Blues are the best IMO. I only hope the snowbirds make a return.

As for the airshows I must say, I hope I get to do the Ft Worth one this year. I'll do KTIK and maybe one more before going back to the desert/jungle, but Ft Worth is nice- They still have Hooters girls meet you at the plane with beer.

Thanks for posting the schedule USAF. Given the opportunity, I wouldn't pass on the Blues or the Birds, but the Thunderbirds are by far the better show IMHO.
McChord, Abbotsford, Portland and Reno, with the Blues sandwiched in between the first week in August in Seattle. It will be a good summer in the Northwest.
