Anyone know more details about the C-32B that the USAF operates for the State Department and other government agencies? It would be interesting to know the type of missions they fly and why do they have no titles, paint scheme (pure white) or a "normal" registration - the current one is 00-9001.

That "registration" looks like a pretty normal USAF tail number to me.
Basically the aircraft is used to get emergency teams somewhere in hurry. Someplaces in the world that the aircraft may operate to don't appreciate having a US military aircraft on the ramp so it lacks markings.

Yes, well, even in places of the world where the presence of a U.S. government aircraft wouldn't be thought of as odd in and of itself, perhaps the reason that plane might be there would need to be kept low-key, perhaps.

I've seen that plane on a few occasions, it's based nearby at McGuire AFB. It's operated by the NJ-ANG 108th Air Refueling Wing. It was even listed in a magazine I read at Barnes And Noble which had a list of Air Force Units and types of aircraft operated, I had a post asking about it when I first saw it a year or two ago.
I've seen it on the NJ-ANG ramp, amongst the other KC-135s. All white 757 Sticks out like a sore thumb among all those grey KC-135s on the NJ-ANG ramp, they also have an all white KC-135 which I think they use for training. Im not sure if it has a boom or not, it's flying touch and goes for what seems like hours some days.

The all white KC-135 (C-135B was it's technical name, no boom) is gone. The 2 C-32Bs that replaced it a year or so ago supposedly have many more capabilities, room to grow systems wise, etc, etc.
It's not flown by the normal 108th ARW crews though. I've seen them in the taco bell in Wrongstown (Wrightstown) with the AFSOC patch on their jet jammies and asked what they flew, they only gave me a wink and a nod with my response of "Oh....gotcha!" They may be assigned to Det 2 of the 108th ARW, but they are AFSOC crews

That's funny!! Them in their zipper suits with an AFSOC patch and you (presumably) in your zipper suit at a Taco Bell and they think you don't know or won't find out what they fly!! They'd be better off in civvies with a MYOFB patch.

A few years back we had an all white C32 down here at NAS New Orleans. It carried DHS Sec. Tom Ridge for some meeting down here. All it had was its AF reg number and U.S. Airforce under the cockpit windows. I don't remember what the reg number was.

I thought it was funny too, but I'm guessing they were just playing around. They've heard some of the stories that go around as to what they and their plane do. I've heard that it airdrops spec ops guys, is a backup for the E-6B, and others. Or they're just playing the whole 007 top secret kind of BS. I've had kids ask me how many planes I've shot down with the boom at airshows ("4 so far kid, one more and I'll be an ace!"). It'd probably be fun to play around like that on a normal basis
