Belgian Air Force At Andrews AFB

Today at approx. 11:20am, a Belgian Air Force A310 overflew my school in North Jersey enroute from Melsbroek AFB in Belgium to Andrews AFB. Does anyone know if there are any foreign dignitaries from Belgium flying to the US, or if there is some other reason the plane is coming here?

Eerie side note: According to Passur, the flight number was 666.

When I was stationed at Andrews a Belgian 727 was a regular visitor. They did diplomatic runs for their embassy in D.C. and support missions for their Red Flag fighters. The A310 is probably doing the same....

BTW: Working their jet was a good way to score some Jupiler Beer!! Thanks guys!!
