When you have those random numbers at the end of a TAF, anything that begins with 6 is Icing and 5 is Turbulence. The next number is the intensity. The next two numbers are where it starts and the final two numbers are how high it goes. So 610604 would mean: Light icing starting at 6000ft going to 10000ft (4000ft above 6000ft). 510008 would mean light turbulence at the surface going to 8000ft.
