I was driving on the Alaskan Way viaduct today and saw a B17 doing low- level passes aong the waterfront over Elliot Bay, and then land at BFI. It was being followed by another plane off of it's port wing. Did anyone else see this?

There is at least one airworthy B-17 based at BFI, so it's not unusual to see one flying in or out of BFI. Can you tell us what she looked like? Painted or bare metal perhaps? Thanks

I saw a B-17 and a B-24 (I think) overflying CCR on Monday. I would have taken a pic, but I was driving at the time. They were headed in a southerly direction, does anyone know where they might have been headed?

Does anyone know what happened to the B-17 that landed gear up last year?
I think it was in California and she was giving some tour rides, I believe.

Its the EAA B-17 tour and they are giving rides for $355. I have a reservation for Sunday. Near as I can tell, the Colings Foundation no longer gives rides...
