Japan Coast Guard G-V

A few days ago, there was a Japan Coast Guard Gulfstream G-V (JA500A) that passed through HNL/HIK. Is this a new jet? It looked quite new. How many G-Vs does the JCG have?

"Gulfstream delivered the first of two GV aircraft to the Japan Coast Guard January 17. Dubbed “Umi Washi” (translated: Sea Eagle), the aircraft will be operated by the JCG for maritime surveillance search and rescue. This second aircraft is scheduled for delivery in the second quarter of this year."
