Flying in and out of CLE on Friday and Sunday, I noticed a half dozen or so military fighters painted red and white parked on the NASA ramp. I'm assuming they were USAF Thunderbirds.
Did they just sit there the whole weekend or were they flying to various air shows?

Quoting Dan2002 (Reply 3): Yep, and if you take another look down there you'll find a B-1 aswell.
And a C-130 (I think), and a Kuwait 747. Damn, some week in CLE.
Got to watch the B-1 take off-that baby puts out an earth-shaking rattle, to say the least, and watched the Thunderbirds take off one-by-one this afternoon, but didn't get outside in time to "feel" the departure of those 6 birds. Damn.

I saw the B-1 all by itself at the south end of some taxiway. Wouldn't it have been more secure at the NASA ramp too?

The B-1 flew right over my house on T.O. Loud as hell, anyone know what happened to the Fedex Airbus that is usually up at BKL for the airshow? Wasnt there this year. Oh, and Falcon did you catch which runway the B-1 used, 6R or 6L?
