I would only add a few classics to that, such as F-104 (Starfighters team flies a display with them) MiG-21, & Sabre. I also saw our guys fly a routine with the CC-150/A-310, & I have to say seeing a big plane fly like that is...pretty creepy. It just doesn't seem right.
My displays would include an actual attack/firepower demonstration with live ordinance. No stupid gasoline explosions for me! Bring a helmet, sign a waiver. Throw in some supersonic passes down the flight line while we're at it.

I forgot to mention my biggest 'pet peeve' about airshows: the insane cost for food and beverages! That's definitely something that won't happen at my airshow, lol.

I want F-4 Phantoms there as well, otherwise your list covers it. Some B-52s with turbojet engines would also be nice, but these don't exist anymore unfortunately...

I would have a Blue Angel and Russian Swifts demo team mass formation. Blue and red would look good in the air. I would also have dogfights between SU-37s and F/A-18E/Fs. Unlimited supersonic flybys and especially a B-1. I saw that twice while on the boat. That was some scary stuff. We expected it to be loud but it still made us crap our pants. The whole boat shook very violently when it went by at around 200 feet off the water. I wish I had the camera at the time. I would also have live bomb drops, away from the crowd of course. I would also have gun strafing runs, very cool. I am not asking for much.
Main attraction would be a flyby of one of the USAF VC-25s (AF1) with the USAF Thunderbirds on its wings. AF1 would then land and taxi down the flightline while the Tbirds would start their demo. I think that would be awsome!!
