I've read about the 737 the Americans have supposedly been using to transport terror suspects from the Middle East to 'secret' camps in Eastern Europe, but haven't heard much on this.
"The suspect flights - by two Boeing 747s and two Gulfstream jets"
747? Interesting. Anyone know the reg of these alleged aircraft? The reason I have posted it in this forum and not military is that I am unsure whether the CIA would use a military 747 / Gulfstream or some kind of converted ex-civilian airliner.

Smoke and mirrors, my friend... Smoke and mirrors...
If you remember before the US invaded Afghanistan, W. said in press conferences that the US was going to wait for some time before taking action. Then, in less than 48 hours, without any warning, massive airstrikes began.
Do you honestly think that the Company would let the world know what they were flying around in? I highly doubt it.
Basically what I'm saying is, no one has any idea what those planes are, and what they are really being used for, and anything coming from the media is an EWAG at best.

The CIA has certain ways of "hiding" what they do from plain sight, but anyone who wants to research it more will find out the truth.

You just don't have any idea what you're talking about

That's their job.

As a matter of fact I do. You remember that jetBlue A330 that had a messed up nose gear? Or how about the Lufthansa 737 that crashed in Toronto? The media lets their alligator mouth overload their canary ass more often than not, and they especially like to skewer the US government whenever possible, even at the expense of the facts. Journalism is subjective, not objective, and it should be the other way around.
Anyway, opinions are like assholes. Everyone's got one, and I'm entitled to mine even if you think it stinks.
the FAA has to have a valid address and person and that is tracable
These airplanes have been spotted at various interesting destinations and they have been traced back to certain connected businesses that have involvement with the CIA
So again, you can only hide certain things so much without it being completely illegal

I don't care about "the media"
I am talking about human rights organizations, governments, and non knee jerk reactionist media members who will dig for the correct information on a story, stop believing the 5 oclock news constitutes "the media" and stop dismissing anything just because you don't like the implications

I'm not disagreeing with you on that. I'm stating that there is no way to know for sure what those planes are doing for the CIA.

In my opinion, all three of the organizations you mentioned cannot be considered credible. They tend to use biased sources that will back up their claims.
How is the 5 o'clock news not considered "the media"? It is what most Americans see and hear. I myself make it a point to not watch or read American news. If anything, I read The Gulf Times because I have found it to have the most objective reporting.

I am quite sure the 3rd countries, including Spain, Sweden, Germany and who knows where else are very concerned about aiding and abetting human rights crimes, so have legitment cause to investigate. With so many of these possible flights operated for or by the USA's CIA, with the intention to keep cover on violations of human rights agreements that the USA and many other coutries are signatories to, this is a story the press is obligated to cover. there could be also serious issues of violations of their airspace and in the operation of these aircraft in their country even beyond the already noted crimes.
Yes, it is letting out info of the operations of the CIA, but these flights are not about spying but rather about violations of human rights. I do hope that these countries investigate what is going on. Problem is what will probably happen is that the USA/CIA will either keep these people in Iraq, Afganistan or send them ('renditions') to places like Saudi Arabia with virtually concern for international human rights.

The evidence is pretty good to make an assumption

Name a media organization that has no bias. Please

Because they are ratings hungry drama queens who act like everything could be the end of the world
