Seen this... must have been terrifying for the guys inside (wonder if they made it - looks like one had to deal with a building impact, and the other with crashing into water).

Why that little gearbox on the Chinook is sooooo important.

As much as he didn't qualify it, it probably was his opinion and beliefs are never wrong. However, his reasoning of that opinion could have been wrong, we don't know. Maybe you should ask him what his reasoning was? Big grin

You're putting me on the spot, but this happened in Kuwait at an airshow as they were celebrating Armed Forced Day or the anniversary of the end of the Iraqi occupation. I was in the Army at this time, so I believe it to be from around mid-to-late 1990s.
