Chinook In Cleveland 1/08

While I was waiting for the bus at West 117 by I-90, I saw a double-Rotored helicopter, this was around 10:45am, i couldnt get a very good look at it because the bus pulled up at that time.

My real question is; Who was in town for one of them to be used?

I was out near Gates Mills, and I saw a helicopeter flying relitively low, and not that close. I did notice that it wasn't a tandem cocpit (I. E. AH 64), but it wasn't wide enough to be anything ofthe nature of a UH-60. I presumed it to be a Huey Cobra with the National guard, but I could be wrong. If so, would anybody know what it is or where it is flying from?
