If you look at the picture on cnn.com the very first picture it shows the president entering his plane through the cargo door. How cool is that. I didn't know they had that. That means he has 2 staricases. That is pretty cool.

Actually there are two sets of stairs, one forward and one aft of the wings.
They are primarily used as service entrances, however due come in handy at facilities that might not have stairs to reach the main entrance.
