I ran into this airplane in second time in two days in a row.I don't think G.W.Bush uses this plane for his European trips but I am not sure who it is.

It is the so called Air Force 2. It is used by the secretary of state mostly during her trips to abroad.

I dont know who was on the plane in Vienna. Here are some people who know more about it!

It's only called Air Force Two if the Vice President is onboard.

"The C-32A, a military versions of Boeing's 757-200, have replaced the VC-137 aircraft that are being retired from the presidential airlift fleet. The new planes will carry cabinet members, secretaries, and other dignitaries stateside and around the world."

Like mentioned above "Air Force 2" is the plane the VP is in.
This is deffently not the President, I don't think that GW has ever been on the 757's, and know for a fact that he is in DC. (couldn't miss the news stories yesterday with the Chinise news reporter screaming)

I am going to say that the best bet is it is support for SOS Rice.

George Bush has been on the 757. He was making a swing through some smaller towns in Colorado as I recalled and landed in PHX where he spent the night and flew out on the VC-25 the next day. Talk about a waste flying both aircraft and subs.
