A sad day for PDX, as the 939th refueling wing, has started moving down to California, as part of the cutbacks at the Portland ANG base.  Sad

It's not as bad as it could of been, the Pentagon wanted to eliminate PDX's F-15's also. The BRAC committee reveresed that order and ordered the Portland ANG F-15s stay at PDX.
