Hi!
During my stay in Colombia, both Bogotá and Cali I had the chance to see some few interesting things, specially in BOG airport. First of at BOG airport Colombia Air Force have what I presume is a Air Force Base. I could see maybe between 5 to 6 Lockheed C-130 Hercules, the major part of them had a grey livery with Colombia markings but also at least 2 of them with a various shades of green, I also saw a CN235 from FAC. I noticed the Colombia Air Force One Boeing BBJ and a Fokker F-28 that is very active, at least I saw it flying in one of the days that I was waiting for my flight to CLO on the 8th. July in the morning. At the same time I saw a Mil MI-8 flying around, I don't know how many of these russian helicopters Colombia have but at Cali I also saw one flying around the city too. When I left BOG on the 14th. July I saw 2 C-130's taking off, one with grey livery and one with camouflage, and when I was taxiing I saw what I think it would be like an USAF Base in an area of BOG airport and I noticed at least 3 or 4 C-27J Spartans. I didn't see any fighters or any high performance airplanes from FAC, but I also saw retired in an hangar a FAC 707 with the titles covered but with basic FAC livery, I don't know if the plane is in process of beeing sold or it was just there to have a maintenance check.
Regards

I know one FAC C-130 was caught smuggling drugs when it came into Florida on it's way to LM for overhaul. Rumor has it the Colombian President's plane has been found in the same manner as well.
Drug cartels have way too much influence in Colombia.
