Air Force One Departure From IAD?

Anyone have any idea why AF1 would depart out of IAD?!

Under certain conditions, the runway at ADW is not suitable for a departure at maximum gross weight. Therefore, the aircraft is ferried to IAD and the President will meet it there via Marine One.
