What Govt. Plane Is This

I was looking at some of boeing's presentations from the air show and when looking at the kc767 i saw this image, what type of plane is this?

It appears to be a USAF Boeing BBJ, the VIP business jet version of the 737-700. They refer to the type as C-40B or C-40C depending on equipment.

That is the C-40B. The C-40C is a different airplane.
