Is VF-211 Operating With Lantirn?

I was wondering if VF-211 "Checkmates" the F-14 operator on the Stennis currently has Lantirn pods? Recently you only hear of F/A-18s bombing from the carriers.

Also, is there a time frame when the U.S.S. Roosevelt will be relieved?
