India To Purchase 40 *Heavy* Transports

Just heard on Zee News that the IAF is to purchase around 40 *Heavy* Transport Jet Aircraft. They probably mean Il-76 class transports. The IAF already aoround 48 Il-76 Gajraj Transports.
