I would like to know, besides Stewart, PHX and FRA, of other commercial airports that are shared by US and non-US military airbases? Stewart is shared with the NY State Air National Guard (who operates a number of C-5A's and other freighter military aircraft), PHX from what I recall is shared with the Arizona Air National Guard and FRA is shared as a US Military airbase.

ABQ is shared between the airport and a full Air Force Base (Kirtland AFB). In fact, I was on an ATL-LAS flight last month that had to divert to ABQ due to a F/A becoming quite ill and the Kirtland AFB EMTs were the ones that responded to our aircraft. I believe they handle all emergency services at the airport, both commercial and military.

PIT has the 911th/758th (C-130's) and the 171st (KC-135R's), with the 758th next to the GA ramp and 28L and the 171st parallel with 14/32 (apron entrance is to 10R/28L).
Flying an aeroplane with only a single propeller to keep you in the air. Can you imagine that? -Capt. Picard
Yeah, VERY lite. How is BLV doing these days? I've been hearing things off and on about gaining and losing service, which seems to be a cycle for BLV. Does G4 have scheduled service out of BLV? I see them on flightaware a lot, and I just saw that NW had a charter to AMS out of BLV. It seems like a nice airport and I hope things get better there.

I THINK, the A-10's are still there. From what I remember the plan was to move their A-10's to BAF but then the moved Otis's F-15's to BAF instead. But BDL still has the army Chinooks afaik.
Doors open, right hand side, next stop is Springfield.

MLB has Grumman on its property and we see military a/c all the time. We even had a Netherlands DC10-30 tanker come in in 2003. PHL has either the AF? or Army. CLT has that as well.
Yes, but they closed the air base two years ago. There are too many unused air bases near by. All countries but the US have largely reduced their armed fleets.
In Germany , Cologne has a large German air base. In addition, former airbases start to attract the LCC, look at FR at ETNL.

KC-135, been there for quite a few years now.
You can throw STL into the ANG mix, although they are just a small tenant at Lambert Field. And according to the most recent BRAC, it will be split up and sent to New Jersey and Oregon, IIRC..
I was in Germany in 1991-1993, Darmstadt, with the US Army. There have been huge reduction of forces by the US with
many base closings and consolidation to other bases. I believe operations at FRA were to move to Ramstein, which was alread a very large airbase back then.
SDF has ANG as well, but I don't know the size or purpose of the unit.
