The plane has a bump between the twin engine exhausts (I am aware that there technically is a tunnel between the two engines with several fuel-tanks, and a nuclear warhead which can be carried with the idea of ejecting them all at once as a means of tossing the weapon out in flight.) which is used (among the other reason -- weapon carriage) as a fairing due to the exhausts producing entrained air to deal with this problem and reduce drag.
My question is... is this entrained-air effect present at both subsonic and supersonic speeds, or just subsonic?

BlackProjects,
I read the page... I don't recall seeing any mention of the bump's aerodynamic benefit being only for subsonic or for supersonic as well (at least the entrained air effect)
