So it appears (c'est une poire) that I am now back at work after a marvellous WE where it was great to see the old faces again (and the new ones too ).
I intended to entertain myself at work today by editing my pics but I forgot the foolish cable at home. Rhaaaaaaaaaa !
Many thanks to Daz for playing taxi and Alex for staying late, apologies to Lew for getting grass all over the inside of his car (wind was very strong in the overflow car park ) and thanks to all of you for a great time !
Hope I can attend next year's meet as it is turning into a classic

Think about the LOVELY football pins you were all wearing (well, most of you)
I have one with me at work now! (for the not attendees, WILCO had a bag full of LH's football pins. I've got only, what, 6 of them?) In his subtle *cough* German way he made us to wear them and now I'm petrified to take it off my backpack. WILCO visits BRU regularly... He might check up on the pins
Quoting Garri767 (Reply 4): Quoting WILCO737 (Reply 2):
OMG OMG This is me?! No, never ever!!!!
TRAITOR! i thought you were a true germany fan !

Well guys and girls, I have arrived back home....at LAST!!!....
...a mere 14 hours late
My Air Southwest flight was diverted to Leeds, and then the crew went 'out of hours' at 7.45pm, so did not fly to MAN. Initially we were told that the flight was cancelled because MAN was still shut, laughably this was just as a 757 rotated behind the agent who was telling me this crap. Then there were no available seats until the following evening...untill somebody used their bluetooth to find flights still available to book on the website...so the story changed again and about 13 of the passengers including myself got re-booked onto the 08:25 flight. The rest were on a coach via Bristol. Rather pissed off to say the least!
Anyway, that aside thanks to everybody for a great meet, glad the weather just about held out. I'll try to get my pics sorted out asap, feeling a little tired though at the moment. Cheers to everybody for who gave me lifts around the place, it was very much appreciated
Looking forwards to the 2007 meet

Quoting Speedbirdie (Reply 20): when Hoe Bag Kaz gets home from work, ill get her to put them on...
I've morphed into Alex so here are the other Hoe's photo's....
Hannah likes her big toys.
Kaz gone wrong in her (first pair?) of high heel shoes.
Group shot in, err, a 'nice' bar in Manchester.
In the same bar, expert photo taken by Alex.
No comment, not sure what myself and Kaz are doing. Am I crying?
Me, Hannah and Sambert.
Me not liking the flash again. Gavin looks confused?
Kaz actually dragged me down there, I wasn't that gone. Gav still confused.
Photo taken of us by random bloke in Revolution, Deansgate. Sam with something in his mouth?
Sam and Kaz, Gavin and Hannah all happy together at the end of the night. Me and Lee at the back feeling left out!

Kirkie warned me you would come out and show your true colours eventually ........
It was that bleedin hot in there that I had to drink that stuff, needed something nice and cool!
Quoting Speedbirdie (Reply 25): And no there was no snog at the end of the night! Altho i did bite him!! hehe...
She aint joking either! God knows what she was playing at, but at some point in Revolution she bit me on the neck! I think it might have been in response to me singing that england were out the world cup.... Ah well.......

Ok, my turn
I didnt bother taking any photos, eveyone else took enough! Heres a couple of videos I took on my phone tho tho:
first up: upon returning home from a night on the town on the friday, we stumbled across a baggage trolley lying in the corridor of the hotel. Alex immediately grabbed it and took it into his room:
Kazzie takes Lews car for a spin. Unfortunately I cut the video just as she stalled it, damn!
And finally: Alex (red top) and Daz (Black top and turban) on sky news! Thats me phoning alex to tell him he is live on the telly and get him to wave.... the TV cuts out just as he starts to wave though...
