Me and my friends are going to Boston for the day and I wanna park my car and take the T around. Anyone know any cheap and easy ways to do this? I know cheap and boston is an oxymoron, but hey, I gotta try.

A decent bet (nothing guarenteed in Boston though) is Riverside station on the MBTA. It's pretty easy to access from the Mass Pike (it's 1 or 2 exits south of the Pike off 128) and has around 800 parking spaces. I believe parking is $3-4 and train inbound is $3 ($1.25 once you get into the city for travel anywhere but the Red Line South Shore line). Keep in mind this is a very popular station, as it's right on 128, so you might not get a spot there, but it's worth a try.

Where are you coming from - North, South, or West. That determines where you should park. You might consider commuter rail stops instead of the just the T. I depends on what your timetable is for hanging around Boston.

Depends on the day and the time you arrive. If it's a Saturday, I can tell you about a spot that is open 80-90% of the time, and is free, but I'm sure as hell not going to post it on the internet, as I park there for hours some 2-3 times a month on Saturdays. It's usually taken on Sundays, but then again, Sundays have no restrictions, so you can usually find a spot and leave it all day.
Lemme know if it's a Saturday, and I'll fill you in...

Well im leaving Western mass like 6:30-7 am and getting on the pike. Im not a nancy and plan on 70-75 most of the way, save speed traps. But with traffic I estimate arriving 10 ish
