I was learning some Yiddish sort of swearing and learned something that translates into "I have you in a tub" but apparently its a derogatory way to get someone to piss off.

So then our host taught us a yugoslavian phrase which sounds like:

"Yeh Botee Pasmata" He said a yugosolav gal in LA taught it to him but its real bad. Yet over a few beers, they began using hte above words in song!

SO whats its mean?

Well that's the thing. He would not divulge the meaning of it at all!
and left us to figure it out ourselves.
