Agassi is a tennis god....he had his game on today, and taught Hewitt a lesson on what it takes to be a true champion. I can't stand Hewitt and his cockiness. Agassi deserved the win. He showed a lot of heart, and just basically outplayed him.

Beat Sampras, Andre!!!!

I think Hewitt is a bit cocky yes. His attitude is not very good and although Hewitt is an Australian i think Agassi is a better player.

Overall, Hewitt is the better player-he wouldn't be ranked #1 in the world if he weren't. But, from all accounts, he's the Barry Bonds of tennis-an incredible talent, but a complete horses ass in person.

This certainly seems to be shaping up as the Last Hurrah for the Andre and Pete Show. Leyton-Hewitt will have plenty more days in the sun, so he shouldn't fret over this.

All I know is that we have once again a classic final, 2 of some of the best players in tennis right now. For once, we don't have cry baby youngin's in the final (haha, and I should be talking, being only 22 and all). I wish I could be here to watch, but I have to work.

WOOHOO!! I heard this news this morning, boy am I glad to see the back of that rat Hewitt. He is nothing but and arrogant and insolent boy. I am glad he lost. Well done Agassi.

But wait a minute: Wasnt it Hewitt that called Australian tennis audiences 'stupid'?

I rather think Hewitt took lessons in cockiness, rudeness, petulance and all round general bad sportsmanship from John McEnroe!!!!!!!!

Having said that I think Hewitt is a good player that can only improve but as a person he's well just a wanker really.
