Hi there,
I hate ITV, i have decided. Firstly, they make a load of crappy channels that i can't access with Sky Digital. Then, they buy the rights off the Beeb for the Saturday highlights.
MOTD was great, one of the reasons was because you had to wait until 10:30pm to watch it. When i found out "The premiership" was on at 7pm i was pretty pissed off, but when i saw that there were 5 advert breaks, and about only 30 minutes of football, i was completely mad.

On avergae there is approx 29 mins of football, 17 mins of anaylisis and the rest is adverts!
There is a lot less football than motd and I think that the program is going to moved to a later time.
The idea was that it was moved so that the whole family could watch it. However ITV have turned off a lot of people, a lot of women still dont like football and not every bloke likes it either.
Not only that but most kids are still up at 10:30 when motd started.
Match of the day and a static auidenece, a loyal following, now itv has not only reached out but has actually turned off disaffected football fans.

I'm no football fan, but last night at a friend's place they had this ITV programme on, (the late-night repeat).
Even I can see it's no good, but that's the corrupting influence of too much money, loads of adverts to pay the huge cost of taking the rights from the BBC.
Yet who got the biggest audience for a game recently, the BBC for England V Germany!

Brymon are based at BRS (well ops are anyway).
But anyway, why would you want to watch the English PL anyway?? Man Utd win it every year anyway.
Scottish football is much more exciting.
