Title says it all ............

Me? I'll listen to whatever I can get my hands on, mostly cd's (iron maiden, guns n roses, muse, etc) but I'll also listen to online radio stations (can such a thing exist?) such as Virgin Radio, Pure Dance etc.

Trouble is, too many Radio stations are abandoning traditional streaming methods and going exclusively for windows media streaming - which is fecking useless for linux users like me who prefer ogg vorbis, AAC or even, heaven forbid, realmedia or something like that........ Sad

Statistically, people who have had the most birthdays tend to live the longest.

Absolutely nothing.

I can't concentrate when I hear music in the background. And talking on the phone while tunes are playing....no way.

I need to concentrate 100 %.

We have BBC Radio 1 on in our office, though the sales staff sometimes put CDs on, which are crap - trance music is awful.

Thankfully I have a 512mb memory stick with my music on, and can listen to it through headphones and my PC.

I cant really listen to music on board my train while i'm working, as it is forbidden under the rules and regulations of the railway (its a distraction).

I do however listen to music when im on my breaks in the messroom.  Smile

I don't listen to music when I'm writing, but when I'm doing other stuff at work I almost always have it on - my office is pretty noisey. We have a system where you can listen to other people's iPods which is pretty cool - you can't move the files or anything but if someone else has their iPod plugged in you can listen to their music, so it definitely stays fresh with selections!

I listen to Howard Stern in the mornings until he goes off air then I usually switch to a local sports guy who has a show here. It sucks but it holds me over until Jim Rome comes on an noon. I leave at 2:30 so Rome carries me through the end of the day.

I usually listen to Virgin Radio all day. Thank God for internet radio, otherwise I would be stuck with the crap that local stations play. Although, on Fridays I usually plug my iPod into my computer speakers because Virgin Radio plays "party classics" during the day here due to the time difference. I can't stand the party classics show.

I listen to customer whinging on about being charged for going over their agreed overdrafts. We don't have music on in the office. When I used to work in a travel agent call centre, I would take in my trance cassettes (from around the 1998 era) and would dance around the office all day.

I listen to copies of my home CD collection, which is quite eclectic, playing on my Bose waveradio - an awesome piece of gear.

I tune into 106.5 The Arch in St Louis.

As their motto goes: "70's...80's...and whatever we want."

They live up to their promise and aren't afraid to jump around from sytle to style. Donna Summer followed by The Scorpions for instance.

Music in the tower is frowned upon from what I've heard... so no music here.

I'm listening to Radio 100FM. So we get a lot of different music here. 5 minutes ago they played Gavin Degraw "Chariots" and now they Play that new Madonna song.

And I never listen to radio. I surf the net in search for music (although I avoid P2P) or throw in one of my favourites.

Speaking of music, I found this video (Real Video) on Rolling Stones mag's website. Yes, it's some 20 years old but still sounds fresh.

I try to listen to my zen micro in school when I can.
Was listening to the arctic monkeys all the way through the last assembly, having the headteacher go on about how last year the high street store sales went down. Never occurred to her that this was because people were buying most stuff off the internet. I've had it confiscated a lot and my parents are getting pissed off but that teacher wastes my time.
