I find it hard to believe such distinguished, democratic countries like Yugoslavia, Uganda, and Angola to have corrupt governments. This must be fabricated by some Wienerschnizel sitting in a room, and has never been out of Nürnberg.
All kidding aside, I thin something must be done to end corruption, or at least minimise it. I think corruption will always exist as long as there are people who are not satisfied with their status in life, and there will always be people who are not satisfied with their status in life. It's a never ending cycle!
