Another good hotel: Arlette beim Hauptbahnhof, just across the bridge. Nice 3star hotel; I stayed there one night and paid 75 euros including breakfast. Booked via octopustravel.com.

Try a hotel-booking website called www.hrs.com
Lists of hotels can be sorted by distances from airport / rail station / etc.
Reservations usually can be made very quickly.
Sorry, I can´t recommend a special hotel.

There you find all hotels. There are many near the train station.
In addition to the above mentioned, the hotel Astor is an other possibility. It is only a few minutes walk from the main-station or a two stop tram ride. You can book it online on the posted link. But there are also many other possibilities.
