Indicative of everybody in the world (particularly in New York) as a result of this tragedy I have noticed that the members of this forum are coming together consoling those members who knew someone who was hurt or didn't make it, pulling for survivors as we watch, trying to volunteer or help as much as possible and are just genuinely concerned about each other. I even saw a post in the "Civil Aviation" forum asking where AirAfrique (the user) was since he worked at the WTC and demanding that he reply back to a post so everyone can see that he is OK. Or another post that could possibly be a lead to the FBI, which I think since has been deleted.
I think this is awesome! There are no differences right now. We are all in the same boat and seems like everybody is lending a helping hand. I love it!!! Keep it up!
Its better to be on the ground wishing you were in the air than be in the air wishing you were on the ground. Fly safe!

Sorry to burst that bubble, but: There appears to be quite a noticeable rift between those members using the terrible event as excuse to spout racism and demand war on everyone vaguely Arabic, and those users only demanding retaliation against the actual terrorists. We are united in our compassion and sorrow for the victims and their families, but still divided about everything else.
