They will try and get Lugo out of Tampa. And don't laugh about Nomar. There is a lot of talk he will end up with the Yankees. Better get a couple extra trainers on the staff just in case.

Hopefully Marte turns out to be a bona fide MLB thirdbaseman. As for Lugo, that doesn't thrill me, but what's done is done. What if the Sox can't get Lugo? That must be close to done if they've shipped Rent-a-Wreck outta town.

He can still hit. As far as defense, he's started slow with his last two teams, maybe the third time's the charm. I sure hope so. But I'd still rather have Furcal.
