I agree Bush is a good player. I think USC's number is up. They should have lost to ND. Texas has the talent to win, they may beat themselves, but I think Texas will win it 40-33.
Quoting S12PPL (Reply 2): You sound jealous that Bush is gonna beat Vince Young by about 30 votes in the Heisman final tally.
How am I jealous? Jealous cause I wasn't voted in? Yeah you're right Do me a favor and point out where I said Bush doesn't deserve the trophy? The only thing that bothers me is that Brady Quinn had better numbers than Lienart yet he was overlooked.
I'm not even a big UT fan, but I am a ND fan. I'm looking forward to the Fiesta Bowl.

Quoting S12PPL (Reply 2): You can't name the number of great players USC has on both hands.
Lindell White, Matt Leinert, Reggie Bush.
You can't name the number of great Texas players on both hands. Texas' offensive line is simply amazing; without them, Vince Young would not have had nearly as great a year as he has had. Both Jamaal Charles and Ramonce Taylor have averaged more than 7.0 yards per carry on the ground. The Texas defense held all but three teams to less than 20 points. You might not know their names, but many of them will be playing on Sundays here before too long.
USC does not have a dominant defense and their offensive line has struggled at times this year. That is why I think the numbers White, Leinert, and Bush have put up are great and why Bush will win the Heisman hands down.
But USC over Texas 56-21?!? Buddy, you must be smoking some heavy shit because there is no way that USC scores 56 against the Texas D, nor is it likely that USC's D actually performs at a high enough level to hold Texas to 21. If the line is USC by 4.5 or more, I'll be wagering a bunch on Texas. It will likely be a close game dominated by offense, a game that could go either way. Right now I still have USC winning a close one by 3-4 points, simply because I'm still uneasy about Vince Young's decision making while passing the ball. I have no doubts about the Texas D doing well, nor the offensive line holding up, but the game rests on whether or not Vince Young can make the reads he needs to make. While I will be rooting for Texas, I am unsure if Young will be able to make the correct passing decisions. My opinion may change before the game, though

I'm just sick of all the fuckin USC bandwagon fans I have to deal with everyday. All they do is talk shit about my team (Fresno State), and its obvious they haven't been fans of USC before 2003. I mean, you ask them a question about USC in the 90's or anytime pre-2003, and you get "well, I don't care about that". when a true fan would know about things like that. Hell, I'm not even a fan of USC (I despise them), but I know more than they do about them. I think that Texas will beat USC. If USC has problems with a mobile QB, it could get ugly. I'll take Texas 38-31 in a thriller.

He's been talking about Notre Dame before, but usually only when they are winning...which means he hasn't talked too much about him...but not look at the Jersey transplant turned wannabe Texan talking up UT. Fool please.
Oh, and if Bush gets a wheel busted, that USC offense has more than enough weapons to compensate.

I won't mention the numerous fights I've gotten in, by chanting the ND fight song at an OSU fan's house here...I won't mention the numerous pictures of me wearing an Irish hat since I was a little kid. Nor will I mention the fact that my entire family has been Irish fans since I was born...But I'm a bandwagon fan If you want a bandwagon fan-ask Troyvis how he feels about the Mets now that they have signed all these good players.
I never said I was a UT fan- I'm merely cheering for them.
Do you think he will be better than LT? I don't think he will personally, but he will be good...The strongest argument against Bush being the next Peyton/LT is that he has not carried the full load, since he has Lienart and the good WR(his name just slipped my mind) to split the work. But I'm interested to see how he does.
