What are your opinions about this show? After a year of watching it, it has become my new favorite sci-fi. I hope it doesn't run dry.

Never heard of it, is it based on the movie "The Andromeda Strain"?
That's one of the most scarily realistic sci-fi flicks I ever saw.

My favorite sci-fi show is ST:The Next Generation and DS9.

I've heard about "Andromeda". What's it about? I hope it will come on German or Austrian TV soon.

Easily a future cult classic, like Xena or Hercules. I love it!
Basically, in short it is how a guy (Kevin Sorbo) who was trapped in a singularity was pulled out 300 or 3,000 years later by a crew, and, long story short, their goal is to reunite the commonwealth. The show gets its name because of the ship "Andromeda Ascendant"

Another favorite of mine: Earth: Final Conflict and the Lost World. First Wave is good too.

All Sat. on WGN in Chicago.

This IMHO is one of Roddenbury's best yet. Tyr and Rev Bem are awesome.  Big thumbs up
