So...

Where do you guys think is the best KFC worldwide?
For me its in Johor Baru in Malaysia, very nice KFC. Singapore KFC has not enough oil and NZ KFC has not enough variety on the menu.

Interesting to hear your thoughts!!!

We have a guy at school who is, lets face it, massive by normal standards. He was born and raised in Kentucky. His rule is:

Quote:
When in the USA, don't ever eat anything that comes in a bucket

Guess KFC's off the menu then....

Fried Chicken in the USA has come a long way in the last 30 years. I don't think KFC is the greatest anymore. I prefer Chicken Express, Church's and especially Popeye's over KFC.

Popeye's is best. Way better than KFC, and those biscuits just mmmmmmm. Oh, and there is one at the CO terminal in IAH, which I could not resist the last time I transitted there, and took a meal on board a CO 753. Succulent.

When I lived there I quickly learned that all directions in Marietta start at the
"BIG CHICKEN". From the Big Chicken head south on 41. Turn right at the big cow to Windy Hill. I always thought that was great.

I once was giving directions to a tow truck driver. I said, "Do you know where the Big Chicken is ?" He said, "Yep, sure do." I said, "Well f**cking forget it, it's no where near there." He wasn't amused.

Canadian KFC is much better than the American stuff. Not sure why, but it is. This means that we only have it about twice a year, which is plenty! Had some yesterday in Vancouver....yummy!

Actually, they are all over, generally in lower income neighborhoods. I have seen them in New Orleans, Chicago, and Los Angeles. BTW, they even have stores in places like Indonesia and Nigeria.

Here in Medellin we only have one KFC, and while it's pretty tasty, it's basically impossible to access the store. The long lines on an average weekend simply make you turn away. It's not worth it.

In Bogota I also tried it a couple of times, and good, but nothing extraordinary.

Best KFC in the world? I believe not in Colombia.
